Walter was found by a little girl while she was waiting for her school bus to Walter C. Young Middle School.  She ran home to get a box so she could take the kitten to school and find it a home, but then the bus driver wouldn't let her on the bus.  She decided to walk to school and on the way she was stopped by a Police Officer questioning why she was walking to school.  When she told him, he took both her and the kitten to school.  A few phone calls later and the kitten was safe in Adopt A Stray's loving care.  Walter continues looking and acting adorable, hoping that another little girl or boy will take him home for good.  Come meet Walter most Saturdays from  12-6 at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart.
