You know how moms name their children after relatives and movie stars and presidents and really cool people like that?  Well, my foster mom named me after my personality - JEWEL - cause that's what I am - a jewel.

I'm loving, I'm friendly, I'm a lot of fun to play with and I don't mean to brag, but I am also very pretty.

I'm a dilute tortoiseshell little girl "done" in shades of ivory, camel and warm grey - I'm a colorful little champion.

Now, I've heard people say that tortoiseshell cats are suppose to be divas with plenty of "tortitude" - well, I never got that memo!  Instead, I'm the sweetest and most gentle friend you could hope for.

In case you're wondering if there could possibly be another kitty as amazing as me, the answer is yes - my sister Gem.  It would be great if there was a home out there with enough love to adopt both of us - just saying.
