Kara needs a special home that will understand she will need time and attention to adjust to a home.  She was born outside and lived as a stray until she was 10 weeks old. It appears she had limited human contact and it takes her awhile to trust people. Kara will initially run when she is approached, however once she is petted she will start to relax and even roll over for a tummy scratch. She is a little resistant when she is held, if you wait until she calms down she starts to enjoy the attention.

A perfect home for Kara is one that understands her needs and will spend the time with her so that she bonds with her family.

You can meet this wonderful kitty most Saturdays at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart between 12 and 6 pm.
