Please contact info@adoptastray.ws for more information about this pet. Panther is an adult, male, Russian Blue weighing in at 15 pounds. We don't know his exact age but feel that he is about 6 years old. It is not clear how he ended up at a high kill shelter. Being he is so sweet, he was brought to a rescue group that does not do adoptions and was kept as an office cat in their shelter. Unfortunately, the office/shelter was very busy every day with cats being brought in traps, multiple volunteers and workers in and out with clanking cages and traps. Once the craziness stopped, he would come out of hiding and climb on the workers chest to cuddle and purr. He head butts in happiness and would be really happier in a quieter home with non aggressive cats, if any. So a decision was made to find Panther a more suitable home that he deserves.
What a sweetie! Panther is a talker, his foster mom says when you enter a room he is in he greets you by talking. He loves attention, love and people. He kneads and purrs continuously when getting petted. Panther said his dream home would be a home where people would love him in a fairly quiet environment, where he would be cherished the way he deserves to be. You can meet this gentle "big boy" most Saturndays at the Pembroke Pines PetSmart from 1-6 pm or by appointment with an approved application.
