My story starts a bit sad, a homeless lady told my foster mommy that she had found me and she was looking to give me away. Right away she told the homeless lady that she would take me, because I was so cute, but then the lady changed her mind even when she was offered money. I guess my foster mommy has a stubborn streak because she sent her husband after the homeless lady to see if he could convince her to give me up. The homeless lady was trying to feed me turkey, which I was so hungry but unable to eat the turkey since I was only 5 weeks old. Foster dad sees that I am trying to eat, but can’t and starts talking to the homeless lady. It took him awhile, but he was finally able to convince her to give me up. She was doing her best, but I believe my life would have ended shortly is she had not given me up. Foster mom bought some puppy milk for me and I was so happy I was eating something really good, and my belly was full. At the vets office she was told that my tail and my dew-claws were removed, and it was not done by a vet. I also had whip worms and hook worms, which I had to have this awful tasting medicine to get rid of them. I am now growing like a weed and foster mom says I look like 100% dog. She also says that I am really smart and I am eager to learn. I will not be ready for adoption for a while, but if you are interested in adopting a smart, cute, 100% dog please complete the application. I will probably weigh anywhere from 40 to 70 pounds.
