On the outside Harley is absolutely gorgeous but on the inside he is a scared little boy. He had a rough start on the streets so he is a bit nervous at first. He is a very sweet and gentle boy and really likes people, likes getting attention and he especially likes getting belly rubs. Harley desperately needs someone who is compassionate towards shy cats and is willing to work on building his confidence to become more trusting of people. It will not happen overnight, but it will be worth the investment of love and effort. Harley is a diamond in the rough and you will be pleasantly surprised at the gem that lies beneath. Harley is in a foster home getting lots and lots of love and attention and becoming more trusting and loving every day.
