Rascal is a 2 year old male, lasa mix--so the shelter says. Not sure, because it is hard to tell now that he has been shaved. What he is mixed with is unknown. However, as his foster mother, I can tell you that he is absoultly the BEST dog. He is 100% house broken, super sweet and easy to take care of. So far, the only trouble with Rascal, is that he does not seem to like dog food.
 
Rascal came from the shelter as an owner surrender. They did not have time to take care of him (which was obvious looking at his before picture), but he is super loving. It is impossible to know how they were treated, or fed-- so i am still working on the food issue.
 
What I do know, is that he loves the pillows...the more pillows for him to sleep on, the better. He loves to have his belly rubbed, and he is great in the car. Rascal loves walks on the leash, but he is also good about just going outside and doing his business. He is living in a house with lots of cats, and could care less..he does not bother them! I have had him around many children and he is great with them. He is hit and miss with other dogs, not sure how that works, but he is not aggressive.
 
Rascal would make a great family member or a wonderful companion for some one older and more settled...he is super easy going and such a joy to have around. This little love had a rough start to his young like, but he is just the most darling dog and so full of love.
