Update (11/13/14):  Dan is such a trooper and has bounced back with record speed. Just 2 days after being returned, Dan decided to make the best of it and started reaching out for attention and is back to the laid-back lovable boy we knew a couple of months ago. He is having a ball with George and Stormy and gets along with the other cats in the PetSmart Adoption Center as well. He is young and healthy and playful and would love an active home or at least a home where there are people or other animals there to keep him company some of the time.  He really, really bonds with his family and if they are gone all day, Dan is going to want some extra lovin' when they get home. If you are looking for a FUN, affectionate, care-free, playful addition to your family - Dan is probably the perfect choice for you. If you come meet him at the Aventura PetSmart, we guarantee that you are going to love him!

(11/2/14) Dan thought he had hit the Jack Pot - a wonderful home with a family to love and spend a lifetime with. It turned out that he was pretty lonely during the day while everyone was at work & school but that was ok  -  he was really happy when they all came home at the end of the day. He was living the good life - for about 2 months - and then his world fell apart. His family felt like "he was wonderful during the day when they weren't there" but he was too playful at night!! The suggestion of another cat to keep Dan company during the day and for him to play with at night when they didn't have time to was not something to be considered. 

Dan is only 7 months old (Nov.)  -  young & playful & loving! He wants to be part of a family he can spend time with  - To interact with and, once he's all played out, to relax with. Another 4-legged family member to keep him company when his family isn't around would be great. 

This handsome boy will be staying at the Adoption Center in the Aventura PetSmart for the time being. Please come by and meet him if you want a cat that is FUN, playful, friendly and a good companion. Dan isn't a couch potato. He's young and full of life and looking for a family that will play with him and appreciate his energy.
