Born July 2016 Bay and his 3 siblings were dumped at a local store when they way too young to be without their mom. An Adopt A Stray volunteer stepped up and took in the kittens bottle feeding them until they were old enough to eat on their own. Bay was the cuddlebug of the group and is just as happy to curl up next to on the couch and watch a movie as he is playing with his siblings. Bay's fur is incredibly thick and luscious. If you'd like watching a movie with a soft furry kitty curled up next to you or on your lap, Bay is your boy! Update: Bay is the unassuming kitten. He will sit close to you and gradually and almost imperceptibly he will end up in your lap. Once he's there getting rid of him is not as easy. He will just keep crawling back onto your lap if you move him. Bay also likes to watch you take a bath, sticking his paw in the water occasionally and then licking off the water. As the kittens have gotten older it is obvious that they have the appearance of and many personality traits of the Bombay cat. Their coats are dark and luxurious, their eyes are bright gold and they have the social attributes of a Bombay meaning they tend to love the entire family rather than bond with only one person. They quickly attach themselves to anyone who comes into their foster home. Fanciers say they are particularly good with children. Update: Bay's siblings were all adopted and Bay is just a ball of purrs who wants to grow up as part of a family. His personality has become extremely outgoing and demanding of human attention. Stop by the Pembroke Pines Petsmart where he is currently living and there's a good chance he will meet you at the door or jump in your lap if you sit down. You can fill out an application for Bay at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart or go to www.adoptastray.ws/applications/ to fill out an application online or print and fax one to (954) 965-0406.
