Tao was a scared little kitten when he was first rescued and the family that rescued him was apparently allergic to cats and kept him in a cage outside with his littermates while they tried to find them homes. Since ending up in an Adopt A Stray foster home he has blossomed into a trusting, affectionate, playful little boy that appreciates all the benefits of being safe and part of a family. Now he is ready for a family of his own. His foster home is the only real home he has ever known so his new family will need to be patient and give him a couple of days to adjust to the change.  The only time he has left his foster home has been to go to PetSmart on the week end and that can be kinda scary  -  sitting in a cage with lots of strange people and dogs looking at him and talking to him!!

Tao is hoping his new life will include another kitty or two. He is well socialized with other cats of all ages. If his new family doesn't already have another cat, maybe they will want to adopt his sister, Anora, too!! They love to play chase, knock a ball back and forth and cuddle during their down time!! Having 2 cats just means twice the LOVE & FUN for you and your family!!

You can meet Tao at PetSmart in Aventura on Saturdays and Sundays. He'll be hanging out there with his sister, Anora, until they get adopted. You can also meet them during the week by appointment but you will need to fill out an application on the website first. Hope to see you at PetSmart this week end!!
