When Jackson was found he was sitting quietly on a sidewalk, he probably couldn't have run away if he wanted because his feet were so swollen from mange he could barely walk. Fortunately he was found by an animal lover who didn't just walk past him. He is now under the care of Adopt A Stray and is the picture of good health (fortunately mange is very treatable). He lets everyone know how grateful he is for his rescue with his friendly outgoing personality.
