CeCe was dumped behind a restaurant and is very happy to be saved.  She is a sweet, gentle girl who loves love loves attention!!!   Cece is about 1 year old and we are still learning about her personality.  So far she does not seem to care for other cats and would probably be best suited for a home as the only cat where she can be treated like the royalty she believes she is!
