Did you ever hear of the energizer bunny, meet Nola, the energizer kitten. She can play for hours at a time, Literally jumping and rolling, just having a great time.

Nola was rescued from a gas station in Hallandale where she lived with her mother and her littermates. Nola was accustomed to being around people but never handled by them. She loves to be rubbed and loved, but then when she is picked up she gets extremely scared.  With a little bit of time and some love and patience this kitten will prove to be a great addition to a home.

Update:  Nola no longer gets scared when she's being picked up and she no longer hides. In one short week she has turned into a loving, of course, playful and all-around good natured kitty who is always, always happy. She loves other cats, as well as people and has an extremely carefree attitude.

You can meet this wonderful kitty most Saturdays at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart between 12 and 6 pm.
